Description

PTFE skived Film is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin by molding, sintering, cooling into blank, and then after turning, calendering. The film turned into non - directional film, non - directional film after rolling into a directional film. Non-oriented films become semi-oriented after 1.1-1.8 times calendering.

Sodium treatment: Sodium treatmen that the surface of PTFE skived film is treated with Sodium naphthalene liquid to give its surface a special treatment, making the liquid and surface of PTFE skived film to produce chemical reaction, tear off the surface of fluorine molecules. At this time, carbonization layer and some polar groups are left on the surface, so as to obtain activated PTFE. In this way,etched PTFE skived film can be bonded  with  rubber, metal, plastic, wood, non-metal and other materials. The surface of etched PTFE skived film is brown.
