Descriptions

PTFE sheet (also called Teflon sheet) is divided into two kinds of molded and skived. PTFE molded sheet is made of PTFE resin by molding at room temperature, and then sintered and cooled.The PTFE skived sheet is made of PTFE resin through compaction, sintering and rotary cutting.

Sodium treatment：Sodium treatmen that PTFE skived、molded sheet is treated with Sodium naphthalene liquid to give its surface a special treatment, making the liquid and surface of PTFE skived、molded sheet to produce chemical reaction, tear off the surface of fluorine molecules. At this time, carbonization layer and some polar groups are left on the surface, so as to obtain activated PTFE. In this way,etched PTFE skived、molded sheet can be bonded  with  rubber, metal, plastic, wood, non-metal and other materials. The surface of etched PTFE skived、molded sheet is brown.

Advantage

1.High bonding strength, long service time, long life, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, not easy to peel.

2.Sodium treatment only produces effect on the surface, has no effect on the inside of PTFE,,does not affect its basic characteristics.

3.As a result of sodium treatment of PTFE to maintain the low friction coefficient of the original material, machine operation is light, anti-climbing, small vibration.

4.The damage of guide rail veneer is small, which ensures the manufacturing accuracy and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

Application：

Chemical industry, petrochemical industry, oil refining, chlor-alkali, acid making, phosphate fertilizer, pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical fiber, dyeing, coking, gas, organic synthesis, non-ferrous smelting, iron and steel, atomic energy and production of high purity products (such as ion film electrolysis), viscous material transportation and operation, food, beverage and other processing with highly strict health requirements.
