Description
PTFE balls is produced by free radical polymerization.Industrial polymerization is carried out by stirring in the presence of a large amount of water to disperse the heat of the reaction and to facilitate temperature control.Polymerization is generally carried out under 40 ~ 80℃and 3 ~ 26KG/CM Mpa.Inorganic persulphates and organic peroxides can be used as initiators, and REDOX initiators can also be used. Per mole of tetrafluoroethylene polymerization heat release 171.38kJ.
