Description

FKM/VITON is a synthetic polymer elastomer containing fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main or side chains. FKM/VITON Gaske are machined from this fluoro rubber synthetic elastomer material.The introduction of fluorine atom gives rubber excellent heat resistance,oxidation resistance,oil resistance, corrosion resistance and atmospheric aging resistance.

 Advantage

1、High temperature resistance:KM/VITON Gaske has excellent high temperature resistance, can be used for a long time at 250℃, short-term use at 300℃, excellent aging resistance, weather resistance.

2、Chemical corrosion resistance：It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, and its stability to organic liquid, acid, alkali, grease and other chemicals is better than other rubber.

3、FKM/VITON has excellent fire resistance and vacuum resistance.

Application

1、Used for engine sealing, its working life can be the same as the engine repair life.

2、Used in chemical industry, can seal inorganic acid (such as 140℃ 67% sulfuric acid, 70℃ concentrated hydrochloric acid, and 30% nitric acid), organic solvent (such as chlorine hydrocarbon, benzene, high aromatic gasoline) and other organic matter (such as butadiene, styrene, propylene, phenol, 275℃ fatty acid, etc.).

3、Used for deep well oil recovery, can withstand 149℃ and 420 atmospheric pressure harsh working conditions. 

4、Used for superheated steam seals, can work in 160~170℃ steam medium for a long time.
