PTFE pressed tube is made of dispersed polytetrafluoroethylene resin by plunger pushing.

Sodium treatment: Sodium treatmen that surface of PTFE is treated with Sodium naphthalene liquid to give its surface a special treatment, making the liquid and surface of etched PTFE pushing tube to produce chemical reaction, tear off the surface of fluorine molecules. At this time, carbonization layer and some polar groups are left on the surface, so as to obtain activated PTFE. In this way,etched PTFE pressed tube can be bonded  with  rubber, metal, plastic, wood, non-metal and other materials. The surface of etched PTFE pressed tube is brown.
