FEP is the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. FEP tube is generated by FEP material through extrusion -- high temperature treatment -- cooling.

Sodium treatment：

Sodium treatmen that surface of FEP tube is treated with Sodium naphthalene liquid to give its surface a special treatment, making the liquid and surface of etched FEP tube to produce chemical reaction, tear off the surface of fluorine molecules. At this time, carbonization layer and some polar groups are left on the surface, so as to obtain activated FEP. In this way,etched PTFE tube can be bonded  with  rubber, metal, plastic, wood, non-metal and other materials. The surface of etched FEP tube is brown.

Advantage

1. Corrosion resistance, non flammable, non toxic, weather resistance, high transparency, weather resistance.
2. High bonding strength, long service time, long life, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, not easy to peel.
3. Sodium treatment only produces effect on the surface, has no effect on the inside of FEP tube,does not affect its basic characteristics.

2. Liquid single-ended light-emitting single-core fiber tubes.
3. Heat exchanger and steam piping.
4. High purity reagent delivery tube.
5. All kinds of corrosive medium (harsh solvent) pipeline.
6. All kinds of frequency wire and cable sheath, groove insulation pipe, submersible motor groove insulation pipe, air conditioning wiring harness assembly pipe.
7. Fluorinated plastic O-ring tube.
