PTFE Skived sheet in rolls is made of PTFE resin through compaction, sintering and rotary cutting.Then Etched Skived sheet in rolls  is treated with Sodium naphthalene liquid to give its surface a special treatment, making the liquid and surface of PTFE skived sheet to produce chemical reaction, tear off the surface of fluorine molecules. At this time, carbonization layer and some polar groups are left on the surface, so as to obtain activated PTFE. In this way,etched PTFE skived sheet can be bonded  with  rubber, metal, plastic, wood, non-metal and other materials. The surface of etched PTFE skived sheet in  rolls is brown.
